Conceptual by design.

Collaborative by nature.

Connected by practice.

Professional learning and curriculum partnership for schools that want coherent, sustainable improvement.

Mission

ASJ Learning was founded to support educators and learning-focused organisations in designing professional learning and curriculum work that is intentional, coherent and grounded in practice.

Drawing on over two decades of classroom teaching, curriculum leadership, and work across the IB ecosystem, my work is shaped by a deep belief in the power of conceptual thinking to drive meaningful and transferable learning.

Rather than offering quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions, I partner with schools and organisations to develop approaches that are responsive to their context and sustainable over time. My work is inherently collaborative: it is built through dialogue, shared inquiry and a commitment to learning with educators, not simply delivering ideas to them.

Vision

At the heart of ASJ Learning is a focus on connection — between theory and practice, intention and implementation, individual expertise and collective capacity.

Through evidence-informed design and long-term partnerships, I aim to support learning experiences that genuinely improve practice and strengthen professional communities, one conversation and one school at a time.
